Are There Restrictions on Sponsors Organizing Their Own Side Events During the Meeting?

Yes — sponsors and affiliates may not organize ancillary events (advisory boards, hospitality suite meetings, social events, etc.) with attending faculty without prior written consent from the event co-chairs and MD Education. This restriction applies from 48 hours before the event through 48 hours after it ends.
