What AV is included in an Advisory Board/Roundtable?

Lapel-style microphones for each delegate, a camera system if remote participants join, one screen or projector with laptop and slide advancer (two screens if remote participation is involved), and one on-site technician. In-room audio systems, confidence monitors, and additional technicians are not included by default — let us know in advance if your session needs anything beyond this standard setup.
